The Connoquenessing Valley Community Chest recognizes and appreciates the services your non-profit provides to our community. Please complete the information below to earn consideration for funding for next year's campaign. All proposals will be reviewed.

Deadlines:

• Grantees must submit their applications by May 1st for consideration
• Grantees will be selected, and applicants will be notified of their application status by July 1st
• CVCC campaign begins Sept. 1 and runs through February

Grantees must provide services to people residing or working in the Community Chest’s service area.
